Soyrizo Scramble for Dullards™

Alright this one is easy and cheap, I'll even work in estimated costs:

1. Starts out like most scrambles, oil in the pan, heat it up, toss in garlic and onions. (What, like 25 cents maybe?)
2. Throw in some Trader Joe's Soyrizo, stir it up. This stuff is good, the only bad thing you could say about it is that it's a little rich in sodium. (The whole log is $2, you're gonna use about 50 cents worth of it.)
3. 2 eggs - crack 'em, toss 'em in. (I can't remember how much eggs cost, let's say 75 cents.)
4. Toss in some veggies: tomatoes, scallions, etc. (Hmm, 50 cents.)
5. Stir, let it go till the eggs are to your liking. Fín. Fun.

1 serving
Cost: $2.00
Optionals: Potatoes, cheese, black beans.
Didn't take a photo but this pretty much looks like it:
